  A Gwyneth Paltrow  appeared on Thursday’s episode of hot wing interview show  “Hot Ones,”  and naturally, her reaction to consuming the spicy wings was flawless. The Oscar-winner and Goop founder admitted before she even took her first bite that she was already “full of regret” about participating in this interview concept, saying she likes a little spice in her food but that she didn’t feel “equipped” to be there. She would quickly prove viewers, and herself, wrong. Paltrow hardly even broke a sweat while discussing a wide range of topics while ingesting progressively spicier bites of wings, keeping her signature dewy glow fully intact.   Ryan Guzman’s character on the drama series “9-1-1-” has struggled with mental health challenges. The actor can relate. Guzman, who plays firefighter Eddie Diaz, was a recent guest on the podcast  “I’ve Never Said This Before With Tommy DiDario ,” where he got personal about his own mental health. He was asked about Season 5 in which his character, who suffers from post traumatic stress syndrome, has a break down. Guzman said it was “cathartic.” “I’ve gone through my own mental health issues as far as like my own depression and anxiety,” he said. “I was raised in an age when men aren’t vulnerable and aren’t allowed to show feelings.” Guzman said he found it therapeutic to be able incorporate some of his own experiences into his performance. “About six and a half, seven years ago…I had my own mental health crisis and I tried at one point in time to take my own life,” Guzman said. “And luckily it didn’t work. Luckily I got a second chance. By the grace of God.”

  345 The surveillance  video  of Sean “Diddy” Combs physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, comes days after he paid tribute on social media to some of the women in his life, including the mothers of his seven children and his own mother, Janice Combs. 345 Interest in the footage, obtained exclusively by CNN, has stoked conversation about not only his past with Ventura, whom he dated from 2007 to 2018, but also some of his other former relationships. 345 Ventura documented their relationship  in a lawsuit last year  in which she alleged Combs raped and subjected her to years of repeated physical and other abuses over the course of their more than a decade together. Combs has denied Ventura’s allegations. The suit was  settled  a day after it was filed, but it has led to questions about his possible behavior in other relationships.
